REQUIRED

Upon arrival:

  • 1. Credit Card in the name of the Renter or any Authorised Driver(s).
  • 2. A valid unexpired Passport or ID card and photographic identification.
  • 3. A valid, unexpired driving license and photographic identification; driving licenses printed in non-Latin Characters must be accompanied by an international driving license.

DEFINITIONS:

The Renter and/or any Authorised Driver(s) is willing to rent the Rental Vehicle from the Rental Company. Now therefore, the Rental Company shall rent the Rental Vehicle to The Renter and/or any Authorised Driver(s) subject to the Terms and Conditions contained in this Rental Agreement. In this Rental Agreement the following words and expressions shall have the following meanings:
  • 1. The Rental Company”: M.K Autodirect Car Rentals Ltd, a limited liability company registered under the laws of the Republic of Cyprus with registration number 10193337 H – T.I.C. 12193337 J and registered address at Christaki Panayiotou Avenue, Dromolaxia 7020, Larnaca, Cyprus. / “The Rental Company”: Lakis Rent A Car Ltd, a limited liability company registered under the laws of the Republic of Cyprus with registration number 99000018 O - T.I.C. 12076733 O and registered address at Paphos Airport Road, Timi, 8507, Paphos, Cyprus.
  • 2. “Driver(s)” – “Renter and/or any Authorised Driver(s)”: The individual(s) who is added into this Rental Agreement with the purpose of renting the Rental Vehicle from the Rental Company, whose details are specified herein.
  • 3. The Rental Agreement”: A legal document which is the binding agreement between the Renter and/or any Authorised Driver(s) and the Rental Company after signed.
  • 4. “The Rental Vehicle”: The Rental Vehicle specified herein, or any replacement vehicle(s), together with all additional products and accessories thereto which is being rented to the Renter and/or any Authorised Driver(s) by the Rental Company.
  • 5. “The Rental Period”: The period, herein mentioned, which concerns the dates and time that the Renter and/or any Authorised Driver(s) is authorised to drive legally and takes possession and responsibility of the Rental Vehicle.
  • 6. Excess”: The maximum amount that the Renter and/or any Authorised Driver(s) is responsible for per incident, in case of loss and/or damage to the Rental Vehicle and/or its additional products, providing that the Terms and Conditions are not breached.
  • 7. “Security Deposit”: An indicated amount which is pre-authorised immediately upon the signing of this Rental Agreement. The amount of the security deposit does not equal to the financial responsibility of the Renter and/or any Authorised Driver(s).
  • 8. “Category Group”: is the kind of the Rental Vehicle booked based on the size (e.g., economy, compact, intermediate, standard, luxury etc.), the Rental Vehicle’s type (e.g. wagon/estate, SUV, Luxury etc. 2-5 doors), the Rental Vehicle’s transmission (e.g. manual, automatic) and the Rental Vehicle’s fuel type (e.g. diesel etc.) and A/C (e.g. non air conditioning etc.), the Rental Vehicle’s engine size (e.g. 1.2 cc, 1.6cc etc.).
  • 9. “Protection Packages”: Additional insurance purchased by the Renter and/or any Authorised Driver(s) for the agreed Rental Period.
  • 10. “Additional Products”: All ancillary items that are being rented to the Renter and/or any Authorised Driver(s) along with the Rental Vehicle. Include, but not limited to, GPS, Baby Seats, Booster Seats, Infant Seats etc. which may be used by the Renter and/or any Authorised Driver(s) during the Rental Period subject to the Terms and Conditions stipulated in this Rental Agreement.
  • 11. “Station”: is the Rental Company’s premises.
  • 12. “VAT”: is the Value Added Tax. A tax that’s applied to the purchase price of certain products or services.

DRIVING IN CYPRUS:

  • 1. Drivers with European Driving Licenses can drive in the Republic of Cyprus without any restrictions with a valid driving license that has been issued from their country.
  • 2. Drivers with International Driving Licenses, irrespective of country of issuance, can drive in the Republic of Cyprus for a period of 6 months only. Following the expiration of the 6 months, they must apply for a Cypriot driving license.
  • 3. Drivers without International Driving License from a country that does have a reciprocal exchange agreement, can drive in the Republic of Cyprus for a period of 6 months and then either exchange their driving license (the original driving license is kept and sent back to the issuing country) or obtain a Cypriot driving license.
  • 4. Drivers without International Driving License from a country that does not have a reciprocal exchange agreement, can drive in the Republic of Cyprus for a period of 30 days and then obtain a Cypriot driving license.

GENERAL RENTAL INFORMATION:

  • 1. The Rental Agreement must be kept in the Rental Vehicle during driving.
  • 2. The Renter and/or any Authorised Driver(s) accepts the responsibility of checking water, windshield fluid, oil, AdBlue, tyre pressure etc. where needed and inform the Rental Company about any possible refills or necessary actions to be taken, as well as about any warning lights, suspicious sounds etc.
  • 3. The Renter and/or any Authorised Driver(s) has no authority of repairing any damage(s) caused to the Rental Vehicle and/or to the Additional Products without informing and taking approval of the Rental Company. If a damage is found to be repaired without the Rental Company’s approval the Renter and/or any Authorised Driver(s) will be subject to charges.
  • 4. The Rental Company has the full right to cancel the Rental Agreement and take possession of the Rental Vehicle at any time if The Renter and/or any Authorised Driver(s) is found to breach the Terms and Conditions and/or for maintenance purposes.
  • 5. The Rental Vehicle is insured for the rental period shown on the Rental Agreement only. Thereafter, unless an extension is agreed, the Rental Company declines all responsibility for incidents, accidents, damages, etc., which The Renter and/or any Authorised Driver(s) may have caused and will then be responsible for.
  • 6. In case of unnoticed earlier pick-up, the Rental Company cannot guarantee availability of a Rental Vehicle and/or Additional Product(s). If there is availability, any period other than the one agreed will be charged as per local rates according to the available category group.
  • 7. In case the Renter and/or any Authorised Driver(s) returns the Rental Vehicle before the agreed date and/or time, the Renter and/or any Authorised Driver(s) shall not be entitled to any credit or refund of the agreed hire charges.
  • 8. In case the Rental Vehicle is not returned at the agreed date and/or time the Renter and/or any Authorised Driver(s) will be charged for additional days as per local rates, plus a penalty of €200.00, unless an extension is agreed.
  • 9. In case the Rental Vehicle is not returned at the agreed location the Renter and/or any Authorised Driver(s) will be charged a penalty of €200.00, plus any towing expenses (if needed).

ACCORDING TO CCRA (CYPRUS CAR RENTAL ASSOCIATION):

  • 1. The Renter and/or any Authorised Driver(s) commits to abide by traffic laws and regulations.
  • 2. The Renter and/or any Authorised Driver(s) has the responsibility to pay the amounts that arise from fines and charges during the period of the hire (e.g. police fines, parking fines, traffic fines, speeding fines, alcohol fines, narco-test fines etc.)
  • 3. The Renter and/or any Authorised Driver(s) agrees to the process stated below that describes the ways of paying such fines (and charges) in the event that such fines are still outstanding:
  • 4. The Renter and/or any Authorised Driver(s) will be sent to court in the event that the Renter and/or any Authorised Driver(s) denies the liability of the fine imposed.
  • 5. The Rental Company will be informed of such fines.

THIRD PARTY LIABILITY INSURANCE:

  • 1. Third Party Liability Insurance offers protection against damages to the third party by the insured Rental Vehicle.
  • 2. Limits of Liability: 
    • 2.1. For third party bodily injury or death 36.350.000 (thirty-six million three hundred and fifty thousand euro) in respect of any one event irrespective of the number of claims arising out of or in connection with such event. 
    • 2.2. For third party property damage 1.220.000 (one million two hundred twenty thousand euro) irrespective of the number of claims arising out of or in connection with such event.

EXCESS REDUCTION PACKAGES: 

CDWTP: Collision Damage Waiver and Theft Protection:

  • 1. Reduces the deductible amount/excess from the whole value of the Rental Vehicle to a smaller deductible amount/excess providing that the Terms and Conditions are not breached.
  • 2. Offers fire and/or theft protection providing the Terms and Conditions are not breached. In the event of fire and/or theft or attempt of fire and/or theft, the Renter and/or any Authorised Driver(s) must have under their possession the Rental Vehicle‘s key. CDWTP becomes invalid if fire and/or theft occurred due to negligence.
  • 3. CDWTP does not cover lost and/or stolen personal items.
  • 4. CDWTP does not cover PCDW, TWP and SCDW.
  • 5. The excess liability per incident is based on the chosen category group.

 

PCDW: Partial Collision Damage Waiver

  • 1. The Renter and/or any Authorised Driver(s) is covered for any damages that may occur to the Main Body of the Rental Vehicle in case of accident and/or incident with a deductible amount/excess providing that the Terms and Conditions are not breached.
  • 2. The excess liability per incident, if PCDW is purchased, is based on the chosen category group.

 

TWP: Tires, Windshield Protection

  • 1. The Renter and/or any Authorised Driver(s) is covered for Wheel damages, Tire punctures, Rims, Windshield, chips or cracks, Glasses, Windows, Mirrors, Side Mirrors, Lights, Lenses and Undercarriage that may occur to the Rental Vehicle in case of accident or incident with a deductible amount/excess, providing that the Terms and Conditions are not breached.
  • 2. The excess liability per incident, if TWP is purchased, is based on the chosen category group.

ZERO REDUCTION PACKAGE: 

SCDW: Super Collision Damage Waiver

  • 1. The Renter and/or any Authorised Driver(s) is covered for PCDW and TWP in case of accident or incident, providing that the Terms and Conditions are not breached.
  • 2. The excess liability, if SCDW is purchased, is zero (Except L Category Group which is being reduced to €1000.00 per incident).

CREDIT CARD SECURITY DEPOSIT:

  • 1. If both PCDW and TWP protection packages (SCDW) are chosen, a security deposit amount of €150.00 will be required. This is for possible police fines that may not be reported and/or for any shortfalls on petrol and/or for extremely dirty interior and/or for drop-off location other than the one agreed etc.
  • 2. Luxury category groups: If both PCDW and TWP protection packages (SCDW) are chosen, an amount of €1000.00 will be required as an excess and security deposit. This is for any possible damages and/or for police fines that may not be reported and/or for any shortfalls on petrol and/or for extremely dirty interior and/or for drop-off location other than the one agreed etc.
  • 3. Should you purchase one of the protection packages (PCDW or TWP) or none of the protection packages the security deposit/excess depends on the category group selected.

CONDITIONS OF PAYMENT AND SECURITY DEPOSIT:

The Rental Vehicle can be delivered only with a credit card in the name of the Renter or any Authorised Driver(s).

Payment:

  • 1. Payment is upon arrival. No reservation fees in advance are requisite.
  • 2. We do accept credit/debit/electron cards (MasterCard, Visa, and Maestro) and cash; Apple pay, Google pay, Amazon pay etc. are accepted – American Express is not accepted.

Security Deposit: 

  • 1. We do accept only credit cards (MasterCard and Visa) – American Express is not accepted.
  • 2. For Rental Periods over 30 days the security deposit will be charged and returned. (If The Renter and/or any Authorised Driver(s) does not wish the amount to be charged, is obligated to visit one of the Stations before the lapse to renew the security deposit for the further duration of the Rental Period).
  • 3. The security deposit will be released on the drop-off date, providing that the Rental Vehicle is returned as delivered.  

YOUNG AND SENIOR RENTERS’ REQUIREMENTS AND RESTRICTIONS:

Young Drivers:

  • 1. Minimum age is 18 years old.
  • 2. Renters and/or any Authorised Driver(s) under 25 years old must have under their possession a valid driving license of at least 3 years. 
  • 3. Compulsory Young Driver Surcharge (18 – 25): €5.00 per day. Even with the purchase of any of the protection packages an excess additional waiver of €600.00 will be required. The amount must be guaranteed from a credit card.
  • 4. Category groups which may be booked: B1, B2, C1, C2, D1, D2, D3. 

Senior Drivers:

  • 1. Maximum age is 79 years old.
  • 2. Renters and/or any Authorised Driver(s) over 75 years old must have under their possession a valid driving license of at least 1 year.
  • 3. Compulsory Senior Driver Surcharge (75 – 79): €5.00 per day. Even with the purchase of any of the protection packages an excess additional waiver of €300.00 will be required. The amount must be guaranteed from a credit card.
  • 4. Category groups which may be booked: B1, B2, C1, C2, D1, D2, D3, E1, E2, E3, E4.

ROAD ASSISTANCE PROTECTION (RAP)

  • 1. 24/7 Road Assistance Protection offers support within the Republic of Cyprus and telephone service support.
  • 2. In the event that the Rental Vehicle breaks down, the Renter and/or any Authorised Driver(s) should call the emergency number(s) provided on the Rental Agreement.
  • 3. If the Rental Vehicle breaks down, it will be replaced within 24 hours.
  • 4. The Road Assistance Protection Service will visit the scene of the accident or incident and issue a report.
  • 5. If Road Assistance Protection is included, the Renter and/or any Authorised Driver(s) will be charged a fee for: battery expenses, tire expenses (providing that the TWP is not included), loss/broken key replacement, locksmith in case of lockout, fuel cost delivered due to empty tank, the damage cost due to wrong fueling and/or ignorance of warning lights and/or suspicious sounds etc.
  • 6. If Road Assistance Protection is not included or purchased the Renter and/or any Authorised Driver(s) will be charged a fee for: battery expenses, tire expenses (providing that the TWP is not included), loss/broken key replacement, locksmith in case of lockout, fuel cost delivery due to empty tank, the damage cost due to wrong fueling and/or ignorance of warning lights and/or suspicious sounds etc. and route expenses.
  • 7. Road Assistance Protection does not cover the CDWTP, PCDW, TWP and/or SCDW protection packages.
  • 8. Road Assistance Protection becomes invalid if there is a breach of the Terms and Conditions and route expenses are to be covered by the Renter and/or any Authorised Driver(s).

FUEL POLICIES:

  • 1. Wrong fuel type and/or fuel cost delivery is not covered by any protection package. The Rental Company has the right to claim from The Renter and/or any Authorised Driver(s) the amount to cover damages caused to the Rental Vehicle and/or fuel expenses and/or delivery.
  • 2. Pre-pay fuel: This option allows The Renter and/or any Authorised Driver(s) to pay the amount of tank based on the current local retail pump price at the time of pick-up and return the tank empty. No credit or refund will be issued for unused fuel.
  • 3. We Refill: This option allows The Renter and/or any Authorised Driver(s) to pay upon drop-off the missing fuel based on the current local retail pump price plus refueling charge of €20.00.
  • 4. You Refill: This option allows The Renter and/or any Authorised Driver(s) to return the tank with the same amount as received to avoid extra fuel charges.

 


KEY(S) POLICY:

Loss or damage of key(s) and/or Lockout / Locksmith is not covered by any protection package. The Rental Company has the right to claim from the Renter and/or any Authorised Driver(s) the amount to cover the loss or damages caused to the key(s).

 

THE INSIDE PARTS OF THE RENTAL VEHICLE – SALOON:

  • 1. For any kind of burns and/or damage on the seats, carpets and mats The Rental Company has the right to claim from The Renter and/or any Authorised Driver(s) the amount to cover damages caused to The Rental Vehicle.
  • 2. Any damages concerning the interior are to be paid in full and they are not coverable by any protection package.
  • 3. For extremely dirty interior and upholstery stains there is a surcharge of €85.00. 

MILEAGE POLICY:

All Rental Vehicles include unlimited mileage; exceptions apply for Leasing Rental Periods. The Renter and/or any Authorised Driver(s) is required not to unseal or tamper with the kilometer or mileage indicator.

EXTRAS:

NO HIDDEN EXTRAS AT ALL - We are fully transparent in order to avoid any unwanted disclosures upon arrival.

EXCEPTIONS: No coverage as below:

  • 1. North part of Cyprus: Northern part of Cyprus which is not under the Republic of Cyprus’s Government control. 
  • 1.1. Driving to the North part of Cyprus is done entirely at the Renter's and/or any Authorised Driver(s') own risk.
  • 1.2. The Rental Company strongly advises the Renter and/or any Authorised Driver(s) not to travel to the North part of Cyprus with the Rental Vehicle, as the insurance companies that operate in the Republic of Cyprus do not offer any cover at the North part of Cyprus. The Rental Company and the Road Assistance Protection Service are also unable to offer to the Renter and/or any Authorised Driver(s) any support at the North part of Cyprus neither in case of breakdown nor accident.
  • 1.3.The Rental Company has the right to claim from the Renter and/or any Authorised Driver(s) the amount to cover the whole cost of the damage caused in the North part of Cyprus.
  • 2. Failure to notify the Rental Company (emergency numbers provided on this Rental Agreement or Rescue Line 77778686) at the time of any accident or incident or prior to moving the Rental Vehicle from the scene has as a result the invalidation of the CDWTP, PCDW, TWP and/or SCDW protection packages and the Renter and/or any Authorised Driver(s) becomes responsible for the repairing cost of the damage occurred. INSURANCE DAMAGE ADMINISTRATION FEE €50 – (Payable by the Renter and/or any Authorised Driver(s)).
  • 3. Parking Areas:
  • 3.1. In the case that there is damage on the Rental Vehicle and the person who caused it has left the scene, the Renter and/or any Authorised Driver(s) is responsible for the cost of the damage. If the person caused the damage is at the scene, the insurance company will come to investigate whose fault it is. 
  • 3.2. Illegal parking e.g. pavement.
  • 4. Gravel roads e.g. non asphalt roads, off-road.
  • 5. Unauthorized drivers.
  • 6. Overloaded with more passengers than seatbelts, transporting children without the legally required car seats, and/or otherwise in violation of the legally prescribed safety precautions.
  • 7. Driving with negligence and/or with recklessness (driving under the influence of drugs and/or narcotics and/or alcohol and/or driving in violation of local traffic laws etc.).
  • 8. Fire and/or theft occurred due to negligence. In the event of fire and/or theft or attempt of fire and/or theft, the Renter and/or any Authorised Driver(s) must have under their possession the vehicle‘s key(s).
  • 9. Damage from riots and/or civil unrest.
  • 10. If the Rental Vehicle has been used for illegal, willful and/or deliberate purpose causing injury, loss and/or damage to property and/or person.
  • 11. If the Rental Vehicle has been used to transport easily flammable, toxic, and/or other dangerous substances.
  • 12. If the Rental Vehicle has been used to tow any vehicle and/or trolley.
  • 13. The Driver’s injuries or death.
  • 14. Racing, speed contest and/or competition.
  • 15. Driver training.
  • 16. Intentional damage.
  • 17. Using the Rental Vehicle for hire and/or reward.
  • 18. Lost and/or stolen personal items.

Larnaca Airport – Shuttle Bus Meeting Point:

  • Exit the airport from the upper level (2nd Floor - Departures) using escalators/stairs located inside Arrivals section. Designated meeting point “ENTERPRISE / ALAMO / NATIONAL” is on the far left end of the buses lane. The shuttle bus service runs every 15 minutes providing that a reservation has been made and for a duration of 1 hour after the predefined arrival time; thereafter, or in case of a delay or earlier arrival, The Renter and/or any Authorised Driver(s) is required to contact the Station to arrange a different pick-up time. The transfer time to Larnaca Station is 3 minutes.

Paphos Airport – Shuttle Bus Meeting Point:

  • The shuttle bus is located 60 metres opposite the Airport’s Arrival Exit. Follow the walkway to parking P5 to the designated meeting point “ENTERPRISE / ALAMO / NATIONAL”. The shuttle bus service runs every 15 minutes providing that a reservation has been made and for a duration of 1 hour after the predefined arrival time; thereafter, or in case of a delay or earlier arrival, The Renter and/or any Authorised Driver(s) is required to contact the Station to arrange a different pick-up time. The transfer time to Paphos Station is 3 minutes.

GENERAL DATA PROTECTION REGULATION:

1.     The Rental Company, acting as an independent data controller, may use Renter’s personal data (and the personal data of any Authorised Driver) collected in connection with this Rental Agreement or any related agreement or service (“Renter Personal Data”), and disclose it, for the following purposes:

 

process Renter Personal Data to manage the rental and the commercial relationship, communicate with the Renter about or assist with the rental. The Rental Company processes Renter Personal Data for this purpose on the basis of (i) contractual necessity (e.g. billing) or (ii) its legitimate interests in ensuring the effective delivery of the requested services, when these interests are not overridden by the Renter’s – and any applicable additional Authorised Drivers’ – data protection rights;

 

store Renter Personal Data that relates to any incident arising from the Renter’s dealings or an additional Authorised Driver's dealings with The Rental Company if it thinks that, as a result of such incident, the Renter or an additional Authorised Driver could be a risk for future rentals. The Rental Company processes Renter Personal Data for this purpose on the basis of its legitimate interests in protecting its employees, other renters, the public and its property from safety or financial risks based on past renter conduct, when these interests are not overridden by the Renter’s – and any applicable additional Authorised Drivers’ – data protection rights;

 

verify personal, driving and credit information (including Renter Personal Data) provided by the Renter and any additional Authorised Driver through credit agencies, relevant driver and vehicle licensing agencies, fraud prevention agencies/databases or other sources. The Rental Company processes Renter Personal Data for this purpose on the basis of its legitimate interests in preventing fraud, when these interests are not overridden by the Renter’s – and any applicable additional Authorised Drivers’ – data protection rights;

 

provide details of any accidents in which the Renter or any additional Authorised Driver of the Rental Vehicle are involved (including Renter Personal Data) to relevant insurance databases. The Rental Company process Renter Personal Data for this purpose where necessary for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims;

 

provide Renter Personal Data to government agencies who oversee road scheme programmes for the purpose of assisting in the enforcement of any traffic regulation during the rental period. The Rental Company processes Renter Personal Data for this purpose where necessary to ensure its compliance with applicable legal obligations; and

 

provide Renter Personal Data to the relevant motor tax office or authority, debt collectors, credit agencies and any other relevant organization or authority on the basis of (i) contractual necessity, (ii) compliance with a legal obligation and/or (ii) The Rental Company’s legitimate interests to recover any pending debt.

 

2.     The Rental Company will disclose Renter Personal Data to (i) EAN Data Services UK Ltd., (ii) Enterprise Holdings, Inc. and/or any of relevant subsidiaries (for details please see EHI’s Privacy Policy at https://www.enterprise.co.uk/en/privacy-policy.html) (together “EHI”), all acting as independent data controllers. Renter Personal Data will be shared for the following purposes:

 

process Renter Personal Data to manage the rental and the commercial relationship, communicate with the Renter about or assist with his rental. EHI processes Renter Personal Data for this purpose on the basis of (i) contractual necessity (e.g. billing) or (ii) its legitimate interests in ensuring the effective delivery of the requested services, when these interests are not overridden by the Renter’s – and any applicable additional Authorised Drivers’ – data protection rights;

 

store Renter Personal Data that relates to any incident arising from the Renter’s dealings or an additional Authorised Driver's dealings with EHI if it thinks that, as a result of such incident, the Renter or an additional Authorised Driver could be a risk for future rentals. EHI processes Renter Personal Data for this purpose on the basis of its legitimate interests in protecting its employees, other customers, the public and its property from safety or financial risks based on past Renter conduct, when these interests are not overridden by the Renter’s – and any applicable additional Authorised Drivers’ – data protection rights;

 

process Renter Personal Data in order to carry out phone customer satisfaction surveys. EHI processes Renter Personal Data for this purpose on the basis of its legitimate interests in ensuring Renter satisfaction of the services which it provides, when these interests are not overridden by the Renter’s – and any applicable additional Authorised Drivers’ – data protection rights;

 

send the Renter marketing communications (for instance by post or electronic communications) about similar products or services which EHI thinks may be of interest to him. This can include the provision of targeted advertising on EHI sites, selected partner sites and social networks. EHI processes Renter Personal Data for this purpose on the basis of its legitimate interests in conducting such marketing, when these interests are not overridden by the Renter’s – and any applicable additional Authorised Drivers’ – data protection rights but, where required, will seek the Renter consent to do so at the time of data collection; and

 

compile statistics and analysis about the Renter – and any applicable additional Authorised Drivers’ –  use of EHI products and services, including statistics based on anonymized data, which enable EHI to provide the Renter and other Renters in the future with better customer service, products, features and functionalities.

3.     Both The Rental Company and EHI retain Renter Personal Data for commercially reasonable periods of time or in accordance with specific laws or policies. Information collected for a specified purpose will only be used for that purpose and, after a reasonable period of time, will no longer be actively stored when that purpose has been fulfilled. Inactive data may, however, continue to be used for statistical, marketing, archiving, and other analytical purposes. 

 

4.     The Renter has the right to: (i) access and port his personal data (including in certain cases in a commonly used, machine readable format); (ii) have his personal data rectified (where it is inaccurate or incomplete), (iii) have his personal data erased where The Rental Company or EHI no longer has any legitimate reasons to process it; (iv) have his personal data restricted; (v) object to The Rental Company’s or EHI’s processing of his personal data in certain circumstances; and (vi) lodge a complaint with the applicable supervisory authority.

 

5.     If the Renter has any queries in relation to the above use of his Renter Personal Data, he should contact The Rental Company in the first instance. 

 

When you use any satellite navigation or infotainment system in this Rental Vehicle, you are responsible for any information that is stored in the systems as a result of your use. We cannot guarantee the privacy or confidentiality of such information, and you must wipe it before you return the Rental Vehicle to us. If you do not do this, the next users of the Rental Vehicle will be able to access this information.
